Learn how to use the feed page within the PenguPlatform dashboard.
Creating a Task - Twitter
Visit the settings page and log in to Twitter.
Go back to the feed page and click the "Create Task" button in the upper left corner of the page
Enter a name for your task (can be anything).
Enter a username you would like to monitor in the "Enter Handle" textbox
Note: Do not include the "@" in the handle.
Click the "Monitor" button underneath the Twitter section.
If you would like to add another Twitter account to monitor, follow the same process. Otherwise, click the "Add Task" button.
Creating a Task - Discord
Click the "Create Task" button in the upper left corner of the page
Enter a name for your task (can be anything).
Select from one of the verified servers to monitor.
Select a channel that you would like to monitor.
Click the "Monitor" button underneath the Discord section.
If you would like to add another server/channel to monitor, follow the same process. Otherwise, click the "Add Task" button.
Editing a Task
Click the edit button from the task you would like to edit.
From here, you can now edit the task to your liking. You can add Twitter accounts and/or Discord channels as well as remove Twitter accounts and/or Discord channels.
Removing From Monitor
Hover over the account/channel you would like to remove from the desired task (when hovering, an "X" should appear).
Click the "X."
The account/channel will no longer be monitored.
Adding to Existing Task
If you would like to add an account/channel to a task that has already been created, please read.
Click the edit button from the task you would like to edit.
Follow the same steps you did when initially added an account/channel to the monitor. Click here for adding a Twitter account and click here for adding a Discord channel.
You will only need to click "Monitor" after adding an account/channel. You will see that whatever you have added will appear in the "Currently Monitoring" section.
Click the "Go Back" button to access your tasks.
Deleting a Task
Click the edit button from the task you would like to delete.
Click the "Delete Task" button.
